Nothing like the scent of a freshly mowed lawn and mulch
Simple, but impactful: A drywall repair with a fresh new color to give this bathroom a new look.
On inspection of this roof, we found that water was finding its way in from under the gutter and screw holes. We recommended to replace the roof. The owner wanted us to install plywood as well. We were very happy with the results.
We won't take credit for the finished job , but we had the opportunity to build the frame for this outside kitchen and prepare it for the masonry crew.
